Can we read anything into the fact Loubet had tests with the yaris rally2, yet ended up going with the skoda for this year instead? Or was that just down to budget/team etc.

Thats the question. But Loubet will start with support of Skoda France, so maybe that also helped with choice...Quote:

Why did Toyota homologate a two wheel drive GR Yaris 'RS' for the body, which has a different engine, CVT? Why did they even build it?
