First 16 drivers it seems, but will be 15 without Gryazin sadly..

It is simple - Qualifying stage is for drivers with FIA or ERC priority. And last driver who has priority in Ypres is Consani.

Davy Vanneste should have it too... for sake of his last years heroic performance.

why Demarschaelk is not in the list? budget's problem or other reason?

So Freddy is not in the works team afterall, but he will have the latest evolution car.
