No-one is obligated unless they have some their own exclusive agreements with ETS. In the IRC there is no standard fuel supplier like in WRC.

Do the top teams already have fuel on the island as they have been testing there ?

Sure not enough. I'm sure Škoda has engine maps for VP Racing fuel not only ETS but as far as I know VP doesn't have there enough supplies for so many more cars. Normally their customers are factory Renault and some private teams. But I think it must be enough for one leg before ETS gets to the island.

PLuto told me 98 or 100 octane fuel is not in sale in normal Corsican fuel pumps.

i really struggle to understant that this is a problem.What fuel they have to run in IRC regulations?

There are no special fuel regulations for IRC.

so the solution is easier.Racing additives to mix with 95 ron pump fuel.Of course you have to check the ecu map for safety.Same additives can be used from privateers for turbocharged or non turbocharged engines.
