the real rally starts at 8:08 friday morning local time which means

16:08 on Friday for Greece and Finland
14:08 on Friday for the UK
15:08 on Friday for rest of EU

you can add 16:08 for Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Romania as well :-)
and 14:08 Portugal.
