Does anyone know when Onslow-Cole will announce his drive?
No need to be sad since neither of the two races LADA are racing in clash with any round in the BTCC, so that possibility is as open as it ever was.Quote:

Look at the name of the account name:
BTCC 2012 Team Sponsorship Opportunities Available **PLEASE READ** | eBay

While I wish him all the luck in the world and while I like to see new faces on the grid, some of the points made on the eBay page are ludicrous. Here are my edited highlights:Quote:

The BTCC has a global audience reach of 11bn people.
20 million people watched EACH race last year (that would make the BTCC the top 10 most-watched broadcasts of last year in the UK, beating the Royal Wedding by 7 million viewers for EVERY round!)
BTCC is more popular than Premiership Football.
Attracts more spectators than the British GP (strictly true but not in the sense that is being implied)
I know these are tough times, but if I were a potential sponsor, I'd be really pissed off about being mislead.
EDIT: After a Google search it seems the forums over at Ten-Tenths also found these stats to be a little alarming. http://www.ten-tenths.com/forum/show....php?p=3021119

I would guess in marketing terms those stats are accurate.
James Nash has joined Arena in the WTCC

I thought Nash drove well last year and look forward to seeing how he stacks up against Chilton!
We still haven't got a list of teams and drivers - does anyone know if RML are putting a team out and who will be their drivers - I thought Mr Moany would've stayed with them
