Loeb can't beat Novikov on speed alone tomorrow. If he drives like today (without the time losses of the spin and puncture) he will reduce the gap form 44s to 16s and most probably will settle for 6th even before that.

Latvala seems he won the rally on yesterday's stage 9 (and Hirvonen lost it).

After Monte-Carlo now Sweden is the most difficult rally for Petter. Cmon for goodness sake. Stop it. They can't be all rallies a welsh rally.

His problems were compounded by a loss of power, which caused him to push too hard and spin. He then deliberately went off the road a second time to avoid holding up Sandell behind him, losing just over a minute and a half in total.

As far as I know Ford had won the tire battle for a few years now. Probably it's not a Hirvonen problem. In the past Loeb has destroyed his tires while Hirvonen didn't.

He went off the road like we mean it in rally (which happens mostly due to overpushing)? If yes then why he didn't just park it somewhere safe to let Sandell pass and not lose extra time to join the course?
