I think Kuipers had an engine problem with the 207.

Yes, D. Kuipers had an oil leak so they decided to stop to prevent engine failure

Rally Trajanovi vrata was won by Dimitar Illiev in his home-made Evo IX.He won all 6 stages and again proved who is the boss in Bulgarian rallying.
Jasen Popov finished second in his Evo IX,also home-made.He was the only one who could follow Illievs pace,but he had a puncture on the last stage.
Third was Rumen Dunev in his Clio S1600.
Donchev retired on the first stage.

Donchev had broken differential and Iliev complied about settings of his newly built car (his own).
