Yes, D. Kuipers had an oil leak so they decided to stop to prevent engine failure

Rally Trajanovi vrata was won by Dimitar Illiev in his home-made Evo IX.He won all 6 stages and again proved who is the boss in Bulgarian rallying.
Jasen Popov finished second in his Evo IX,also home-made.He was the only one who could follow Illievs pace,but he had a puncture on the last stage.
Third was Rumen Dunev in his Clio S1600.
Donchev retired on the first stage.
