Horrible start at Hyundai for Ott
Really didn’t like that at all.
Neuville was much slower there..., or was he slowed a little by spectators?
Damn, I was just off the screen and I can't rewind the stream
Well he said last night he was lucky to stay alive, he went too fast there, didn't seem confident with the Hyundai....
Much better from Suninen on this stage, good to see
wow, that was huge. Neuville was much slower there
i dont even remember when was the last time he had a crash, a while ago
ANtti this was this new mega fast place if i am right?
E:Neuvilel also sayin he is struggling
Onboard of the crash: https://twitter.com/SebLoebMLDC/stat...34796482793472
Neuville did slow down a lot. Also saying he struggled a bit with the handling of the car
So glad they’re out. Shaking watching that.
Attachment 1915 ~164km/h off into what seemed like cart-wheeling, nose to back. Massive.
Evans seems to be maturing like a fine wine. Keep it up son.
Enter the lead! Elfyn doing what we expected from him.
Holy crap. That was a big one! It went on for a long time too.
Seemed like that compression unsettled the car, then it was all over. To me at least probably a tough one to spot at reccy speed.
One thing to compare: reaction for "missing Tänak" at the stage end between Neuville and Ogier.
Horrible crash for Tanak that, the final impact before the video feed cuts looks equally savage as the first. Hope all is well.
Wonder if Evans is ahead of Ogier after the finish if there's any team orders in place from Tommi?
Superb start this from Evans, loving it
Isn't the tech amazing? Live streamed from a car as it's being smashed to bits.
Tänak - from going off and finally "landing" took around 13 seconds. Maybe he is used to / expected Toyota style downforce.
Not promising for this season.
ah i already waited when this starts :D
this is Monte, and everything can happen with everyone. It was inevitable that the crash would come someday, the longer the pause is, the more realistic that it will come one day. And today it came.
i would say the aftermath was bigger than the mistake, just little too fast there but consequenses were big.
They were lucky it was a soft ploughed field they had the inpact on. Then nose to end roll...
Awesome morning by Elfyn Evans
but gutted for Greensmith.
