Gutted for Tanak :( Now it's a perfect chance for Ogier. Will Jari-Matti attack or keep his actual pace to collect manufacturer's points?
Neuville 181
Ogier 179
Tanak 164
Village team
That is what happens when you are village team of nobodies with shit management...
Tanak carried those useless dogs on his shoulders... its a pity.
Lets see if the japanese are going to take control of the team because suffering mechanical problems especially in the car of the No1 driver is unacceptable... even semi manufacturer teams like M-sport don't have such problems... but its been 3 years now and nothing changed in toyota...
I step out for 5 mins... what the hell happened ???
Village team of shit !!!!!
Guessing gearbox or other part of the transmission.
Edit: Tommi: Sumpguard and radiator connected.
Blow to whole Toyota team!
can you stop with the calculations ??? its GB... yesterday you had Tanak leading...
plus the hyundais are going to allow neuville to pass...
People where looking at the radiator so probably put a hole in it
sump guard broke and lost coolant it possible
as Tommi sayss
[Edit, someone beat me to it]
So far, most even and exiting rally for years!
I have seen that the power stage isn't the last stage. What happen if you take points in power stage and after that you will abandone. Do you keep the points?
The place Julian was talking about if this happened again

No.

Q: What happens if a crew scores points at the Power Stage but retires before the Llandudno finish?
A: Crews must complete the entire rally in order to claim any bonus points from the Power Stage. If any of the five quickest drivers in the Power Stage retire on the three remaining tests that lead to the Llandudno finish, their points will pass to the next fastest driver in SS20.
Gutted for Tanak!
This sport can really hurt the shit out of you. Sorry for Tanak he didn't deserve that.
Toyota:
SS16 Sweet Lamb Hafren 2 (19.95 km): @OttTanak has stopped in the stage, to try and save the engine in order to restart tomorrow. The team will assess the car once it returns to service. #WalesRallyGB #WRC
Terrible for Tanak, it's unfortunate the sport is so unfair sometimes. He was running a risky low setup all weekend though, so it must have eventually bitten back.
On the bright side, the championship is still far from over, and Latvala now has the greatest chance of victory he's had all year. Especially for Tanak, he should push for the win.
(Also, it's horribly unfair to Toyota to belittle them for being a village team when they're leading the manufacturer's championship).
but they are a village team...third time this season Tänak has to retire with the same problem and also the engine overheating in Mexico which they also couldnt solve with a year time!!!!
man i so pissed at the moment sorry
Village team of nobodies... 3 years and nothing changed... only some finish pockets got bigger...
Tänak’s chanses for the title now are just theoretical, better that Ogier wins this rally to make sure Neuville doesn’t get the title.
And i agree with others that Toyota is a village team, the car is a joke, if u have to ride i that low to go fast. Same issue third time, and the turbo in mexico. This car will never be reliable as the Polo was.
What happened to Mikkelsen? He was soooo slow yesterday and today suddenly fastest stage times?
