They should restructure the route to include a stage on the way to Monte Lerno and back. But maybe there's nothing as good available? Most of the rallies are like this anyway. Rally Finland is one of the few where you have action spread out for the whole day.

I think Sardegna has worked better when the base was in Olbia, only 50 km from today's stages.

Citroen would be in a very difficult political situation if either driver rolled the car while so far off the front.
