Andorra would be higher than that. It's up in the Pyrenees. Belle and Sebastian taught us that.

But if you really want to count Andorra as being a proper country and Andorra la Vella as being a city instead of a little village (does it have a cathedral for it's 22000 inhabitants ? :p ) then it's Rollo for the next question :up:

There are only 2 double landlocked countries ( it was a previous Q about them ), Liechtenstein and Uzbekistan. I'll let you figure out which one is the biggest.

Liechtenstein isn't really considered a proper country though surely... It's barely more than a rock where people go to hide their monies from the taxman :devil:

Liechtenstein is a sovereign nation. In 1719 it was granted the title of sovereign member state of the Holy Roman Empire. In 1806 when the Holy Roman Empire was dissolved it became totally independent.

And yes you were getting it confused with Gibraltar
