It seems the R5 is bit quicker than S2000 cars. Evans had a decent time and Brynildsen with problems writes same time as Lappi.
Although more reliability problems for the Fiesta
Yes, quite decent time from Ketomaa with Dmack's. Lappi will have hard time with him. BTW Lappi has private spec Skoda in this rally, not a factory car he's normally driving.Quote:

whats the point to do something like that?
Lukyanuk faster 0,5sec/km from Salo.!
The local governments (such as Lahti) like it (and most likely pay for it). For the drivers it's not much to win, but a lot to lose, today. It's not the best concept for sure... But last year's thursday was not much better. Very long drive for only few stages... Now there is also a lot of road section. The "new rule" of FIA that events should have at least 20% of total kms being stage kms can maybe prevent these situations? Or at least prevent it from getting even worse...Quote:

Wasn't is 25%? Anyway it's good that a rule like that will be introduced.Quote:

Latvala lost a lot at split
Latvala...
JML with broken left rear suspension! He hit a stone which caused the damage!
Rocks continue getting in the way of JML... early end to his effort
Neuville coming fast,Ogier slow 1st split
Nikara's engine works properly now but he got 10 sec time penalty for stage 2.
Hänninen is slowly sinking.....
And Latvala's lie about pressurefree rally was revealed very early.
I'll be following WRC2 from now on.
All results-system down ?
I'm tired of Latvala......
No matter how short the stages, Latvala can´t avoid the rocks and the Sh#t time keeping lottery has a meltdown.
iRally works very fine.
Latvala has to drive all stages and liasons without service. He is going to loose a lot today. Great job

This one will not be so ''easy'' for R.Kubica. Indeed he is already a winner just to participate, but for a final victory few others in WRC2 are very very fast....Still, my best wishes are for Robert....
I remember reading an interview where Ketomaa told that DMack has made a huge step forward with gravel tyres. Apparently he told no nonsense.Quote:
