Ogier did 170 km/h in 90 zone i Poland 2017 and then took a roundabout wrong way to get around it faster and get to TC on time. He was fined for the roundabout but not for speeding even though everyone could see it on allive.
Don't recall C. Clark saying a word back then.
Note that Haninen did same kind of speeding in Finland the same year with suspension held together by straps.

Judging by stage end comments, Lukyanuk doesn't feel too happy in this team. I suppose they want him to secure some points after not finishing the first two events and he wants to fight for the win.
