with so many road side repairs he has done on the cars he has recked being a better mechanic is almost certain, but there is no indication he can develop a car better than Mikkelsen.

And that is needed for what? Xsara WRC and C4 were developped mainly by Philippe Bugalski. Focus WRC 06 by Mark Higgins. Polo WRC by Dieter Depping etc.
