Who exactly is obligated to use this overpriced fuel? Cant they run the rally with the domestic privateers only?
I feel the need to blame the French again..... Oh well, maybe we should....?
News just in on Autohebdo website: Tour de Corse will NOT be cancelled, organizers found a solution to carry fuel on another company boat !!! :bounce: :bounce:

Dont believe AutoHebdo. The problem is serious, lot of teams is without fuel and they are trying to solve the problem. For sure I also dont believe they can cancel the rally because one fuel supplier isnt able to bring the fuel. Eurosport and organisers will do everything for not cancelling the rally. Teams are thinking about ordering the fuel from different sources if ETS will not be able to bring it in time...Quote:

Teams can convert mapping to regular fuel. Thats what happeneed here in Turkiye at First round of TRC Aegen Rally. Skoda Motorsport Italy cannot pass ETS from customs so they convert mappings of 3 Fabia S2000 to 97 Octan regular pump fuel. It works.
