Regardless, it is a good result for Lappi. He was a bit unlucky in Monte, so good points here and a decent road position in Mexico next time out.

Only you were the one talking about fireing somebody if i recall correctly. I only said that he had to choose between a familiar team/ attitude, being no. 3 in the team and maybe not so fine-tuned car (yet), being no.2 to a 6x champ. (huge things to learn etc) a better salary( was also the case if i remember correctly?).
People are different, problems are different etc etc. Who`s perfect? I`m most certainly not...
