Wet ice-rests like that are crazy slippery and don't give all that much grip with studs either as they start turning into slush.
But small changes in the structure/temperature make a big difference. So far it looks like first starts can have an advantage, but if it is already very soft when they come it can even clear in ruts later.
As you agree with Adamo can't be satisfied with results/performance here.
My point is that it is well know that he has the urge to always "do something" immediately after a rally (Sunday-Monday) when things don't go well, even when next rally is not related. So I wonder what he will do this time. No reason to change drivers for Mexico for sure, so will he put up some additional testing in form of a rally entered by some of the cars?
Looks like today will be a question as to who manages their studs in the first part, to be able to negotiate the ice in the last part....
start order could be crucial for RC2. If it will be as usual and top of RC2 will be first on a road it could be massive advantage in a class
E: they are https://rallysweden.com/wp-content/u...ruary-2020.pdf
Veiby, Mads, Lindholm, Huttunen - first on a road
Anyway. It´s going to be nasty...
