Why "potato"?

Have you looked at Tanak face during and after the PS? When I play with my playstation I am more emotional and agitated than him driving a real car in a real world championship. I don't remember this cool attitude in his past. This is also a good improvement. The guy can handle pressure and that means a lot these days.

Poland last year was quite different, when he lost.

Andreas with a near perfect drive!
Hanninen also had a good drive and fastest Toyota. Hope he continues to do well moving forward.
Ogier has ball in his court, but it's still too close to call.
Lappi showing good improvement. Kid is good!
RACC is going to be great.

Doesn't look like that.

That said in Poland Toyotas did this nose-high landing a lot as well (especially Hanninen), then there were the test vids for Finland where one day all Toyotas were nose-high and then second day all were level. Similar for Citroen. So I guess it depends a lot on settings and also on what you do right before going up in the air.
