Will PSA need a rally driver to follow on from Loeb? In British magazine Autosport published today it seemed pretty definate that Citroen are headed for WTCC in 2014 as the new rules suit them.Quote:

He be mad going to M-Sport... unless he’s desparate for a drive. Leaving Citroen to go there...??
As for Citroen, going to the WTCC is a cop out. They’re that desparate to keep hold of Loeb that they think going there will keep him happy, when he’s stated a desire to drive powerful cars. Hopefully, a season driving a McLaren GT3 will make him realise that a FWD Touring car is a bad idea.
i think he fears (and so do I actually) that Citroën/Peugeot got their manufacturer drivers for the next couple of years... If they really want to continue with him from 2014, why don't they give him a drive in a factory car for whole (or almost) of the championship?Quote:

the Abu Dhabi contract is for 3 years, or 5 ? If Citroen leaves WRC for WTCC, Peugeot will take over with the 208 and Abu Dhabi on it
Remember that it was Red Bull and Qatar that sponsored Neuville's car in 2012. Red Bull is now with VW and Qatar is with M-Sport. And Citroën's factory team is already full. I don't see any room for Neuville at Citroën as they leave after 2013 anyway.Quote:
