It depends on the driving style of drivers. For some drivers is more suitable Fabia, for some is more suitable Fiesta.
Many discussions in German forum rallye-magazin.de about Griebel and his ERC future after Azores desaster. I´d also say he´s lost with this car and team in ERC.
This is why I asked Pluto about the monetary value of Griebel's U28 prize.. I would have thought it was more than 100,000 Euros which buys the U27 winner two events.
I am worried Griebel has 'done a Bergqvist' and potentially damaged his career by going for the Peugeot. Fine for the national championship, but for ERC??
Rumours in Gran Canaria about Eyvind Brynildsen´s ERC participation.
Rally Islas Canarias could be his first rally.
Is there any possibility to see Kalle Rovanpera this year in ERC?
Interesting info heard from a journo at the Azores, stating that Lukyanuk said he's made a decision to drive more to finish events this season and pick up points and not be all 'win-or-bust'...
Sounds like he's finally learned his lesson from all those crashes.

Yes, welcome to ERC and good luck!
Will he be fast enough to stop Lukyanuk? He says himself that he is not young and promising anymore, only promising! :)

Think the source of this may have been the post event press conference: https://www.fiaerc.com/they-said-wha...rlines-rallye/

In the interview at http://www.polskatimes.pl/sport/a/po...rugi,13066364/ (sorry, in Polish only) Zawada says he will drive Rally Islas Canarias, Acropolis and Cyprus and then he will decide about other rallies together with Hyundai. He will have support from Hyundai Motorsport Customer Racing.
Good point! I have no idea how he managed it. He says they were working very hard to get this drive.
There is another Polish driver, Lukasz Byskiniewicz, who is also going to drive i20 R5 (but in Polish championship), so maybe they joined forces and will share the car or something. Livery looks almost identical :)

Alexey Lukyanuk can win easily all rally’s except of Cyprus Rally, because I think the battle is 50-50 with legend Nasser Al-Attiyah.Also the battle with Jan Kopecký is 50-50....what is your opinion?
Kopecky -Luky 60-40%
Nasser - Luky 40-60%
^^^ very nice, the Portuguese have always been great at designing rally car liveries.
Nice little feature with Jan Kopecky, wasn't quite sure where to put it but as a former ERC Champion and R5 driver I thought here was appropriate: https://www.skoda-storyboard.com/en/...to-a-car-wash/
He had the same first car as me (Felicia 1.6)
Your first car was Felicia 1,6? You were quite a flamboyant guy. I bet you had grease in your hair and a lot of girls around ;) All normal people like me started with Felicia 1,3 :D
my first car was an ex rally Lada 2105 we used to service at the garage i worked.
