Hoping to watch my first match all the way through tonight! Iran vs Nigeria.
I missed the England vs Italy game as I was away with family and the 23.00 BST kick off was far too late for me. I can't stay up past 10.30 these days. I watched the highlights though and was chuffed with how England played, finally some passion!
I was gutted I missed the Spain vs Netherlands match, looked epic.
I stopped my vacations, in order to be at home so I could watch as many matches as possible, without anyone to disturb me. But off course if I had a beautiful and young princesse, she would be my first thought and priority ;)

the earliest kickoff is 2130 here with the last one on saturday at 0630 !!
Last night I slept (ior tried) to sleep after the first game at around 2330 and then woke up at 0325 for Argentina game....til 0520 or so and then slept again till 7am :ninja:
But yes, I am getting old for this too.
I'm intending to sleep through as many England matches as possible, even the ones that start at 5pm, especially those ones :D

You never know with Italy, as we always compete with a very strong squad. But if I have to be honest I believe it will be Germany to win this time. They will beat Spain in the final, while Brazil will beat Italy for the bronze. Finally, beating England always gives me a great joy... :p:Quote:
