Congrats Dr. That was a dominant victory.
Thank you rj, even Slash had a good race. :)
Baa..........
I was hoping that Button/Perez/Mercedes would keep it on the podium. Caterham would just be bonus points.Quote:

Yellow Jens GP Racing Team answers philosopically: "Sometimes you have to take one step backwards [bad performance in 2013] to make a step forward [challenge in 2014]."
Having said this, team boss has a wry smile on his face. But refuses to open the cards, how are they going to prepare for 2014.
"2014 is a clean sheet design, anyone can get it horribly wrong or right."
"One thing we can tell - we need to hire F1 experts into the team, who can actually properly analyze team and driver performance based on pre-season preparation to get our signings right. We are in talks with Eddie Jordan to become our team advisor in 2014. He always happens to get his predictions right, at least about the driver market. If he could foresee Schumacher and Hamilton going to Mercedes, he may foresee some more valuable things about 2014, which might be useful for our team."
Aki Racing Team has announced it has given up on its season long battle with other backmarker teams to finish in the top 40 and beat the Astra F1 team and Henners F1.
Their team boss made the announcement while back at their Essex Base and trying to secure a stronger 2014 line up. He was quoted as saying the following at an interview by a motorsport forum journalist.
Motorsport Forum Journalist: So after that terrible result in India where does it go from here?
Steveaki13: Well its no secret, that I was furious after the race, and this has cost us much chance of a top 40 finish.
MFJ: Really? So you think you're battle with the other backmarkers is over?
SA13: I think so. I still hope we can finish 3rd bottom or above. Luckily POSF1 has last sown up, but I don't think we can catch Astra F1 or Henners F1 now.
MFJ: Whats you're feelings on those teams bosses and how they have gotten ahead of you this season?
SA13: I like them both, they both run decent teams although the signing of Gutierrez is still questionable, although he has beaten our guy.
MFJ: So what can you tell us about next year?
SA13: Well nothing much yet. I can say we are planning a better all round package for 2014 and we are talking to several drivers and engine suppliers. However we are close to signing a chassis already, but at the moment we cant announce much more at the moment.
MFJ: We hear you have an announcement of a sponsor for 2014 near?
SA13: Yes. We will make an announcement around the UAE GP about that.
MFJ: Thanks for you're time today.
SA13: No worries. I bet rjbetty doesn't give you this amount of time. I hear he is always partying or away from the races.
No results yet, but Force Finland has allready decided to fire Sauber pit release guy for f***ing up Hulkenbergs race in our bonus GP.
Results up very soon.

Aki Racing Team statement:
We at ART (Aki Racing Team) would like to make clear it blames this weekends results completely on those in charge of the different sections of their team.
"JB our first driver let us down by clipping di Resta and lost us a few points"
"Bottas had a point taken from him by stupid Williams strategy"
"Sauber screwing Hulkenbergs race by letting him exit the pits in front of another Car and losing us massive chassis points"
ART would also like to announce that JB and Sauber have been sacked by team principle steveaki joining Bottas who was let go 3 weeks ago. It now only leaves Mercedes potentially on board for 2014.

We belatedly bring you news from VAF1, who have secured a wireless keyboard for the time being, now regaining the use of the letters e, t, and z. This had been causing us nightmares trying to type our 2nd driver's name so we are glad it's rectified. Unfortunately it runs on a battery and I don't know how long...
... So having linked our wireless keyboard to a KERS device, here we go!
INDIAN GP
I can't remember if I actually already did this, but anyway: Well Perez came through for once scoring a timely 5th while our rivals went down the pan. We are inviting Steveaki and N.Jones to a curry we are having to celebrate to help drown their sorrows.
ABU DHABI GP
Friday:
Due to the curry and drinks getting out of hand and turning into a huge party, we are now out of funds again and as such can't pay our drivers. This means they haven't turned up yet as they are still having a massive sulk (while our team employees who have such things as mortgages etc have to tough it out)
Saturday:
Perez starts ahead of the gripless Button again while Gutierrez actually starts behind Bottas for a change.
Sunday: We are not happy at Sutil cheating the track to get ahead of Perez. At least Sergio beat him at the finish to get more points. We think the McLaren drivers swapped seats for this GP... As for Gutierrez, he may not have trounced Bottas this time but at least he has points.
THE CHAMPIONSHIP
We are still holding on to 37th place with 37th-40th covered by 1pt!! We are determined to beat them down but really need Gutierrez to pull his finger out again. rjbetty is going to cry tears of laughter into his tank again.
OUR RIVALS
Williams enjoyed an improvement in form at Abu Dhabi by reverting to their old exhaust system. We would like to suggest they can gain even more performance by reverting the entire car to the 1992 spec. Elsewhere, it's the same old as POSF1 prop up the table. We appreciate them being there to divert attention away from our dreadful form. We hear that the folks on f1rejects are going to post an article for POSF1 as a new reject team. Watch this space.

USGP
Qualifying:
A decent day from our drivers, qualifying 7th and 10th. But what's this? Valtteri Bottas in 9th! Our forlorn rivals may have hope too since Hulkenberg also starts 4th for Sauber - good news for those using that chassis. This season isn't over yet. This is also the bonus GP for POSF1 Racing sponsored by no-one, but we are sufficiently far ahead to not feel threatened by them.
It turns out that Gutierrez has been penalised 10 places for blocking: well that just would have to happen when it's actually a good day for him, and when we are in a very tight championship fight, wouldn't it?
This leaves it for lead driver Sergio Perez to save the day. We therefore don't feel too confident of holding off our rivals... :erm:
Gosh that was hard work. Whew.
Wohoo! Finally both Force Finland drivers score points! So sad this was not our bonus GP
Results will be up tonight.
Finally! The season is near its end. Grosjean is looking mighty good right now.........

Aki Racing Team had a decent race this weekend, but due to dire Championship standings have no intention of any race review. All they revealed is that they were sure POSF1 Sponsored by HP had added an illegal part to their car to suddenly claim 6th.
A huge bit of news has broken in the race to sign sponsors for next seasons Fantasy GP Championship.
It was today announced that Aki Racing Team has signed a new sponsor for 2014 that they hope will move them towards the midfield and ahead of near rivals Henners F1, Astra Racing Team and a possibly resurgent POSF1 Sponsored by HP.
The new 2014 sponsor of Aki Racing Team has been announced as "Hedgehog Gutter Brush" Number 1 for gutter clutter.
Thus transforming "Aki Racing Team" (ART) into "Aki's Hedgehog Racing Brush Team.
Its hoped this partnership will lift (AHRBT) out of the doldrums for 2014
It's called traction control.Quote:

POSF1, long the doormat of FGP, is rumored to be going with a Merc-Ferrari lineup next season after the team has lost its sponsor and and respectability.
Or maybe a Romain Grosjean-led squad.
Or maybe, they might retain Jensen Button (who is surely better than this) and put more into the chassis-teamengine combo.
In other news the team has actively lined up some sponsors next season but sadly, due to the state of the team, POSF1 will be forced to spend $40 million instead of the standard $48 million most teams are allotted.
Well, with only one race remaining and having almost 20 points between myself and my nearest rivals (ahead and behind) we'll be turning down the rev's just a bit for Brazil.
I think the time has come to congratulate Force Yorkshire on a great season. Even with Vettel winning 8 strait (my team has RBR & Renault) I still wasn't able to close the gap.
However, I will take great delight in the free lunch payed for my buddy (who is currently closer to the bottom of the standings than the top) who was taunting me in the preseason. Yup, lunch always tastes better when someone else pays!
Another solid performance for Slash Inc. although the best I can really hope for is to hold on to P6 overall. Slash is a stud for taking a bullet for the team before the first turn so he could concentrate on his administrative duties, after which he had a routine visit to the ophthalmologist. :dork:
http://www.f1fanatic.co.uk/wp-content/u ... 2011-1.jpg
And naturally the only aim for Force Finland for Brazil is to pass Slash Inc. for P6 and hopefully earn some more cash for 2014 from Bernie E. of Fgp, Mr. N.JonesQuote:

Now there's an idea - let's make FGP a meritocracy just like F1. The higher you finish, the more cash you get to spend on next years team. :cool:Quote:
