I would not be surprised if Ogier gets some small penalty, maybe 1 minute, because im sure Citroen will get their mojo working with the stewarts.

Good morning guys!!! Go Novikov!!! :)
Good morning and please don't forget about videos! Thanks.. :)
short video from the shakedown and Guanajuato super special stage

That would be quite typical. It seems the rally is over after the first day.
No good morning from me because I haven’t even went to sleep but anyway, good morning guys :o even if isn’t morning yet here in Finland. Only two short stages to go for day one but I don’t think I’ll stay up for that long.
Loeb in control in a big way. Unless Ogier is excluded over night?
I could agree with these answers except for the first one without penalty.

we have seen a couple of flat tyres during the day, so to say that the rally is over after day 1 is just not trueQuote:

Consider me as a tifosi, but supporting Petter, if he's off the challenge then rally's over for me. Just seem like deja vu, Citroen machine works better under these conditions over Ford.Quote:

Pappa Wilson.. Not happy
Somebody has to sweep the road for Loeb...
Normal drivers get excluded for simple things, because rules are rules. But Seb 1 and Seb 2 can bend and break every rule and getaway with it??
Well, as far as I understood he drove first to the service, found that he was there too early, turned back and went to regroup. So, if he didn't checked in the service park and he was not late to regroup then everything should be correct according to the rules. So, practically he drove all the route and some extra. However, on the itinerary there is no distance between regroup and service and there is only 1.2 km between stage end and regroup, so it sounds a bit strange. But I dont have a roadbook for more detailed route and therefore I cannot tell more.
It was not according to rules - rules state that you have to follow the roadbook, either tulips or the explanatory maps. Itinerary or checking in are irrelevant in this case.Quote:

What happened to Petter Solberg today and was there a concern it could affect your other DS3 WRCs?
“Petter had a little problem with the electrics. He just found what it was and put it back and the car was okay. It’s not a problem that will affect the other cars I don’t think.”
Much better then, I see a huge fight between the Sebs on the way.

In regards to the Ogier incident. I have been in a sort of similar situation and not been penalised. This was in Rally NZ 2005 when we had dnf'd on the first day and the truck that was taking us back to service went into the service park by mistake instead of the regroup area. Didn't check into time control, just turned around and went into the regroup. We wern't penalised. So why should Ogier be penalised as he has realised when turning into the service that he was wrong and turned around and went to the regroup. If he had checked in at service then there would have been an issue.

Damn collaborator, bet you would have joined the vichy french rather than the resistance !!!! ;)Quote:

But who cares we have a great fight building up, Mikko will have better road posistions could be a great rally just enjoy the rally instead of moaning about
