Well, I admit that it suits him, and it would look worse on anyone else. But still... what about condoms? Would you proudly wear the logo of a condom manufacturer?Quote:

Condoms get the green light from me, people should be educated and encouraged to use them, it's just about their own health and welfare. :)
Look there's nothing wrong with Condoms or Viagra. You just wouldnt see them on the side of an F1 car. It doesn't matter about ethics and what not because at the end of the day it is money thats important, but it would be better if there were big sponsors lining up to get themselves on a car, but they arent.
You're not going to say there's anything wrong with condoms now are you LeonBrooke?
No, I don't disapprove of condoms, I agree with Erki in what he said, but I wouldn't want to be sponsored by them. Well, not any well-known brands. I wouldn't want to be sponsored by anything related to sex, it would just be weird.
Well here in Greece we had someone with a sponshorship from a strip club called "Dolls"! The interesting part actually happened at the service park ,when the "Dolls" came by for some "promotion" and some participants took a time penalty leaving the service park! :)
ohhhhhh I wouldn't want to be blamed for that ;)Quote:

Anyway, the question is, what would you do if you were to be sponsored by something completely distasteful to you and incongruent with your values? Leave the seat empty? Drive/ride being uncomfortable with it? Being "ah, what the heck, let's do it" and kind of adapting/giving up your values? I don't know what I would do, I haven't been in such situation, would probably depend on what options I have open.
PS: I still don't know what Pyramide Technologies does. :p :
I'd probably do it, but the thing is, I don't find any of the things we're discussing here completely distasteful or abhorrent, I just think that it would be embarrassing and would give the sport the wrong image.
