Interesting choice for Armstrong, I would have expected him to go with a safer choice of 4 studs + 2 snow, as he will be just looking to finish tonight.

Surprised by the tire choices tbh, I expected SS1 and SS3 to be dry-wet-slush, not snowy. Going with no softs at all suprises me. Does anyone have the link for Hankook recce analysis please?
When SS 1 will be mostly dry, SS 2 will be mixture of everything including ice and snow. SS 3 is currently mostly wet, but it will start later in the evening, so it is expected it will be freezing, so lot of ice is expected, I think.
Dry of snow/ice at the moment maybe? :)
