This system definitely needs fixing. Safety car laps when there is no obstructions or abnormal danger present is not what anyone wants to spend time watching.

It's the fact I have seen them do it countless times over the years, always Webber never Vettel. Must have happened 5 times at least they haven't put his tyres on correctly. If it was an even number then fair enough but it's always Webber.
