I think the todt lead FIA were planning on doing nothing before figuring out the massive fallout that is sure to ensure from this outcome from fans, media, the press, betting sites, sponsors, race organizers, promoters, tv channels and the millions they invest to produce and deliver the race, etc will all be a situation that the sport would have a tough time reconciling with.
