Alex,what are your plans about the GAZ-51 truck project?

"Happy Crisistmas" is over, and we've started 2009 reports work. As soon as we'll solve some financial difficulties, I'll return to this project. It was my dream for few last years, and now the time came to do it :) I think it will be possible in summer. As minimum programme - special tests in Estonia. As maximum - one rally. If to take a look on the idea, it's absolutely impossible. BUT such tasks makes good challenge, and it is very interesting to do it. We'll see and try :)

The first round of the Russian Rally Championship assembled sportsmen from six countries: Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Sweden, Kazakhstan and Estonia.

Apprehensions about the number of participants of rounds of the Championship and Cup at the time of crisis are not justified. At least for the time being.

At all times and moreover in hard ones people react to the words “help is needed” in a different way. It is easy to begin reasoning about problems, economic hardships and so on. More difficult is to accept responsibility. An initial decision to create spectators’ documentation in the shortest time developed into an appointment of Alexander Nakhapetov as the chief of the «Svetogorsk» rally’s press-center. But Alexander can give only one answer - «we will try». What for?...
