all these idiotic excuses about the setup are just ridiculous.....Solberg has been in the wrc for around 10 years now...i doubt that this was the first time the testing was in different conditions than the actual rally...and if he cannot adapt the setup to the current conditions after all these years then he should pack his little circus and got home.
