because tanak doesn't on average crash twice a rally. :p

Take the numbers out of it, and the fact we all acknowledge the C3 is now officially a bag of shit, if Meeke has done this on any rally, he would have been ridculed.

The start order for the PS is determined by WRC TV that's one of the reasons for having a regroup of 30 mins just before.
