Question: What is the significance of the angle of the towers' roofs? (and no, it is not so that rain will flow off!)
Something to do with earthquakes?

I'll venture a guess that its got to do with either solar power or climate control systems and that the angles either face due south or due north.
That's a good guess, but not the answer I'm looking for.
The answer is more whimsical than practical, if that helps. Think of where San Diego is on a map.
Surely it couldn't be it's latitude and longitude in angles?

The angle of inclination of the tops of the towers coincides with the latitude of the building, approximately 32 deg 42 min.
