Keeping to the cap cities theme. Many letters in the alphabet have multiple capitals starting with each letter. But for four letters there is only one. Name these four capital cities

Off the top of my head my I can only think of:

Ulaanbatar
Zagreb

Quito?

Ulaanbaatar - Mongolia
Zagreb - Croatia
Quito - Ecuador
??????? - ???????

I'm pretty sure Freetown is the capital of Sierra Leone, but for the life of me I can't think of any other capital that starts with F :mark: .
