They'll need at least 3, preferably 4 or more ready in 5 weeks.
So i would be supprised if all the parts and chassis aren't already build or being build.

The main problem is not have the car or not. It is the development. The homologation process have fixed dates, when homologated, good or not, they will be stuck with that at least 3 months.
