I think the rules state the rear spoiler can not exceed body limits (from top view), so they have to make the bumper stick out longer, to get the bigger spoiler approvedQuote:

Test update: @thierryneuville and @MWydaeghe went off the road while testing the i20 N Rally1 today. Crew is safe and parademics arrived on site quickly to treat Martijn's shoulder injury. The crew is on their way to the hospital for further evaluation. #HMSGOfficial
