I agree with Schmenke. It must be Bhutan's capital and Honduras maybe? They had the fabled soccer war with El Salvador whose capital is San Salvador.

Bhutan & Honduras but no idea of capitals.

It would be too easy. Take a map of Asia, look for Bhutan and see its capital city.

Taipei - Taiwan (China argue Taiwan is not a country, most everyone else disagrees)
Tallinn - Estonia
