Rumors say that both Mads and Peter has been offered a deal.
The discussion is about how much or how little money it takes.
One will sign today (rumors).
But there are some who make agreements difficult, as they have a lot of money.

Sure I don't expect Paddon to get a team drive until he prooves himself in a WRC car. HOWEVER.......
He has proven that he was quicker then PG and your mate Breen this season. Breen has far more experiance on tarmac and yet he was cained by Paddon. Paddon can be just as quick as Tanick if he wants to, and he's a heck of a lot less prone to error.

And just for the record I'm not scoulding you, I'm just pointing out facts.

Petter still has the pace to win, he just made a really bad job of it this year with silly mistakes which you can't afford to do. Remember a certain Mr Latvala a few years back? He came around didn't he?

You missed the point. Paddon has winner mentality. Some people just have that mentality and they are good at anything they do. In my opinion Loeb and Ogier has same mentality, and look at their career path - they were early winners.

That is also quite true. PG does have vast experience which kind of evens things up in my opinion as he has driven WRC, S2000, Jnr 1600 cars etc. There's no doubting he's quick in the right car.

No, I don't miss the point. Such attitude is not enough. First he must start to defeat real opponents and contenders for works seat such as Andreas Mikkelsen. I don't say he can't get better than them, sure he can but yet he has to prove that.

Every young driver who is aiming to the top and has achieved already something has some kind of winner mentality. And it will not help if you are not fast enough.

There is not yet enough signs that Paddon is able to beat the best drivers. Time will tell more...

Maybe, but he is not perfect at all. In France he had a accident on the last day when leading the SWRC almost 2 mins and also in Spain retired due to the accident on the SS3..
