Do the Italian Rally4 run with or without restrictor? I mean... they were clerarly faster than Rally3 of Kristenson on the shakedown and I'd like to know if that is both in FIA configuration.

There is really almost zero difference with or without restrictor. Especially on those slower, more twisty stages.
And for me quite clear that on such stages Rally4 cars will be faster.
Also Kristensson never ran in Sanremo me thinks
I expect Rally4 to be faster too, I just wanted to be sure about the Rally4 configuration.
I also agree that I didn't notice any reasonable difference in our first championship event related to the restrictor isued to Rally4. They seemed to be on the same speed level as last year.
here you can also see the SD times of Tänak etc, srcoll down http://rally.ficr.it/default.asp?p=Y...9MaW5ndWE9SVRB
Is there any live coverage from Sanremo?
Live SS 1 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-X44yxhegTM
Increasing rain seems to be negative for Oliver. + 5 secs on Breen.
Des condiziones molto dificiles..
Don´t really get the starting order...
Nice SD times from Loubet who is still driving same weird aero like last WRC rounds. (Unlike Solberg who had factory spec aero in arctic). Sure aero doesn't matter here but question is if old aero also means that other parts are different.
Morning
i see all stage are delayed by 10 minutes http://rally.ficr.it/default.asp?p=Y...9MaW5ndWE9SVRB
and it seems its wet, at least in service park as i saw from Tänaks instagram
I can see overall results but can't see wrc cars times. Anyone with the link?

WRC didnt participate yesterdays SS1, only today
but only their times you can find it here https://www.ewrc-results.com/results...remo-wrc-2021/
it seems they come faster here (wrong overall time for Ott atm), http://rally.ficr.it/default.asp?p=Y...9MaW5ndWE9SVRB
E: ok Ott has got 10 sec penalty, thats why, wrong start appereantly
Solberg lost a lot of time on SS3, 43 secs.
i dont get the starting order for WRC+, Tänak starts 4th even after Pedro?
after ss 2
Among the WRCs the best time in Neuville is 6: 49.0 (Tanak better but started 4 seconds early)
CIR race underway with Stefano Albertini in practice from 8:31
He is still raining on the test
Stefano Albertini: I struggled to pick up the pace. 7: 00.4
Giandomenico Basso: it is a fairly fast and smooth test, enough grip. Less water on land than I expected 6.55.5
Fabio Andolfi: I felt good I have to improve 6: 52.2
Rudy Michelin: I didn't think there is a lot of grip. that's okay 7.04.6
Tommaso Ciuffi: for us the first time on the water, we are happy enough to see the next 7.04.3
Marco Signor: difficult first time I do it. The grip is good but you have to get into the 7.04.0 pace right away
Craig Breen: Not good but I have a problem with the 6.57.6 rear bar
Andrea Crugnola: not bad, but cautious 6.55.5
Luca Bottarelli: I don't know .. 7.05.1
Andrea Mazzocchi: Well, I enjoyed it, so much more can be done, there is a lot of margin ...
Damiano De Tommaso: We were a little cautious to understand the car in the rain. Car fine, but I can't see from the side window because it's fogged up. 7.05.4

shame about the start for Ott, would be close without that
after ss 4
Thierry Neuville: Everything is fine, the conditions are not easy. We are trying to improve understeer. We still have some evidence to work on the 9: 50.9 car
Ott Tanak: all ok 9: 52.9
Stefano Albertini: on the first I struggled a lot to find the rhythm, the second better, this is a good feeling at the beginning. In terms of feeling I improved compared to how I started 10: 12.5
Giandomenico Basso 10.07.9 this is a very different test from the first two. Overall pretty good. The grips are different, we tried to keep a high pace. Here a little dirty but everything ok
Fabio Andolfi: 10: 09.5 we got off to a good start, I immediately felt good, I need to improve my driving, because I haven't used the Michelin in the wet yet. I have to improve
Rudy Michelini: 10.22.4 bad, I thought I was going better on this one but I did worse
Tommaso Ciuffi: 10: 21.6 pretty good, for us it is the first time on the water. We are not taking any risks and improving test after test. We are happy enough
Marco Signor: 10.22.7 I struggled a lot in the last km, I have to try to trust more in braking. Fairly high pace and you have to accelerate
Craig Breen: 10: 11 bad today, there is still something on the engine, I don't have the right power. We're here anyway
Andrea Crugnola: 10: 09.3 I would say generally well, it's a race where I've never done well. Here are some problems, I have to try to understand the car and do better
Luca Bottarelli: All in all I feel good with the car in the rain. On the second a problem with the brakes but good 10.17.6

“It’s been a rainy morning, but the conditions are consistent and the stages are actually quite nice. Our main goal is to get back the tarmac feeling for Rally Croatia and so far everything goes to plan.”
cut outs of wrc cars from video feed https://youtu.be/0ssHCAgJUP4
It's sad to see that such a famous event shrinked to just 90 km.
i guess i should look R2B and R2C class together to get the real standing of Virves, or not? https://www.ewrc-results.com/results...=319883&ct=270
E. never mind, got it https://www.ewrc-results.com/results...319883&ct=1020
but still i understand those are like two different classes (R2B and R2C)? confusing for me
so now Neuville got 10 sec penalty being late to TC https://www.ewrc-results.com/results...2021/?s=323060
