Lefebvre Twingo R2 10 th at the stage.....

There must be some confusion with the times.
Cedric Petiet is 13th with a Renault Twingo R1 and only lost 2 m15s to Delecour.
I don't believe

Arrived home to find there was no sound on the eurosport HD channel that I was recording which was really annoying! Luckily I was back in time to see Wilks on onwards crossing the finish line, and to see the others sliding around in the snow, love it!

My work mates just couldnt understand it and laughed at me when I said its not a proper Monte Carlo if its dry like yesterday, maybe its too much for their little minds to understand ;)

On the first round in dry conditions, Petiet lost almost 5 minutes to Delecour.
Delecour add some studs in the afternoon and only won 2 minutes in those conditions?

I love how the Monte always seems to have something up its sleeve!!!

I understand your assumption, but that's not the case - after all, it was Hanninen that lost a "safe" lead - and in fact, also lost the win.

However, I am utterly dissapointed about the stupid tyre choice, you're right there!

Now that sun went down there has to be colder.
And when its colder the snow is harder.
And when the snow is harder, the stud has more traction,
since there's less tarmac showing under the snow.

There are lot's of people driving good times
with big starting numbers
