What things? Citroën has been banished from Rali Raid/Dakar in 97(after a total dominance in years), because FIA forbade the use of prototypes.... a few years later, there was Mitsubishi racing with prototypes. In 2002 Fia took a victory from Citroën with 2min punish, just because of an time ilegal tire change. Citroën didn´t gain any advantage with that change on the road.
So, why should FIA help Citroën now? And, help Citroën in what?

2 minutes were just ridiculous. They lost only one place and they were very lucky with that. Disqualification was the right thing that the FIA must do.

All the Ford's with a penalty in Portugal should be disqualified, but Loeb in Monte-Carlo 2002 also.

Useless compared to the top three drivers I said.

I think there are half a dozen drivers even in Finland who could do the same with that car than Mikko is.
