I'm sure it's been mentioned here somwhere, is the rep thingy anynomous, i have three of these gems given to me and there aren't any names on them. I know that a another forum that uses a similar software the rep giver name is/can be visible.

Is this how the infamous English Good Rep Mafia formed? A small group of people continuously giving positive rep to each other because they knew who had given positive rep to them? I think you can only give good rep to somebody once, anyway. I mistakenly tried to give it to Eki twice for something funny and it wouldn't let me, so I just guess you can't 'swap' rep like that anyhow.
