Depends on your family and your government. Not everyone have wealthy relatives or friends. They can be even worse-off than you are. Therefore I find the government more fair and equal. Everyone gets help according to their needs and the rules are the same for everyone. Of course you could still get extra help from your family and friends, but the government fulfills your basic financial needs.Quote:
