News Andrea Crugnola SS8 ???
Michaël Burri leading 2WD with DS3 ??? :D
Edit: Burri leading ahead of Poutot and Campana in the 2WD ;)
I must say I don't share the reporters and several forum members exitement about this particular Monte rally, I agree it's great with live coverage, but raging about how fantastic it is to watch the cars slide everywhere without grip is not my idea of good rally. There will always be an elements of tyre choices, but this was simply parodic, IMO.
Seems like that Rene.Quote:

Sordo and Loeb are dull and dislikable, as is Mikko. Wilson, Kimi and Al-Qassami are always miserable and rubbish. Only the Solbergs, JML and dare I say Block have any personality or likeability. Whereas in this Monte rally I'm just happy to see anyone win!
its always like that with b-class championships everywhere in every sport....less stress on them so its normal to be more relaxed.
The Monte has always been like that - it's just that this is the first time we've seen it played out live on TV....
last year was also live
Yeah, so was 2009, but this is the first time we've seen a huge turnaround in the leaderboard. The Monte is famous for it stories of tyre lottery choices - and we've just witnessed it.
At the same time it is necessary to congratulate all these drivers which control their cars in these terrible conditions with unadapted tyres on these dangerous roads.... Low hat sirs
