Yeah, this is just the Toyota testing area near Jyväskylä, Arctic Rally Finland will be a bit different.

Toyota will run first near their home roads, after that they move to Arctic test roads.
I'm sure Hyundai can't manage to do same amount of tests in Finland before Arctic Rally. Even if they could use extra days due to new Pirelli tyres.

Way back to late 90´s, with some exception, I dont find other stage north of Jvskl than Valkola. Ofc Laukka and Lankanmaa are there too. Länsi Jyväskylä there are many... :)

Not sure which part they used today but their persistent test region (where they can test without using their FIA allowed testing days) is on a stage used in Rally Finland within the last 10 years.
