There is no safe position there with a cliff on one side and rails on the other especially considering that it's a place where 2/3 cars crashed and others will most likely have big moments there too, i.e. nearly for sure somebody else would hit the standing car.

Do the car have heaters to keep the mist off the windows?

IMO it would be fair to give no times at all fro this stage

but im still interested if Ogier reached the split2 before red flag or not

They have no info at the stage end, Molly says it too that often It looks so dumb because they don't know what's going on the stage

and what the option? Only WRCar was Katsuta so if stage canceled so all WRC got his time anyway

If there's no OK sign on the car he is obligated to stop and check.

What about rest of the day, then?

Ogier, Evans, Lappi and Sordo will have brand new tires on the next stage aswell, if that plays part in these conditions.
