Is Chicago going to break the streak or better yet which letonien will show up.

I think Philly will bounce back with Leino doing magic tricks once again...That pass in the last game was just awesome. It's nice to have a Stanley Cup where Finnish players are playing a key role on both sides...Otherwise it would be plain boring since a club from a town of Chigago or Philadelphia really doesn't do anything for me.

Where I agree its nice to have Finnish players in OUR NHL, Its only because you probally haven't experienced true NHL hockey until you,ve been to [or brought up with] the game here in North America.By the way its ChiCago not Chigago

Heck, there are Finns on almost every team in the NHL now. Just more Canadians THAN Finns...lol

That is why I dont really get too excited about what team wins if it isn't my team. Lots of Canadians in the league, even with the influx of European players. So I just cheer for who I feel like cheering for every year...

Two periods down , The refs got thier gimmie call out of the way and Chicago leads 3-2.
Now its time for some real Hockey.This is good stuff.A pretty even game if one doesn't count shots on goal;I think. I know about the multible overtimes in Phillys past as well as the come from behind series with Boston.Still I think it will be a nail biting third period.

As for Marks Canuckadainian remark, We Americans will except that,And thanks for introducing us to your game.

49 year drought???

I happen to see the game with a friend that was 11 years old when his favorite team won 49 years ago.

He is a happy camper right now.

It was fun watching the game and it's cool how most of the Philly fans stayed for the trophy presentations and Chicago's celebration.

Let's watch some soccer now . . . . can't wait.
