With the sandy road it seems like someone in the top few starters could take it. Could be good news for Paddon maybe.

I'd guess it's the WRC TV crew drone as it's DJI Inspire model. Maybe Matt or someone else can confirm.

Any report about Latvala's request for getting time back yesterday ?

Power Stage betting will be interesting. Difficult to say if it was an advantage to run first, since both Latvala and Tanak had issues (stall and dust inside cockpit). PS could yield a surprise.

You'd be pissed off if you'd waited two hours to get that shot. On balance though I do think the DJI/drones deal has been a big plus for the WRC.

This is firstly very irresponsible from the drone operator. Imagine the hit would come in the windshield.
