As far as I know, no it does not count. I had a problem this year with the gas pump in our car on a National Rally, and a crew member was telling me what to do, and a official was seeing the hole scene. As long as they don't give me anything or touch the car, It's allowed.
With current leaderboard, VW would hold slender lead of two points over Hyundai in manu...
