I think it's the player or equipment it's being viewed on that makes the difference.

Human eye has a great "resolution" but the frame rate is quite poor and with high frame rate videos the only advantage you get is less motion blur. But that can be achieved by filming with higher shutter speed even in standard 25fps.

some accelerations from hairpins look unrealistically fast, launching like a rocket. also some fast turn changes.

but its not like on the whole video, just some parts.
