Will Skoda enter a second driver on Rallye Krumlov too. Kopecky is already entered http://entry.rallyekrumlov.cz
How do you like the latest video from Sumava? :)

Video from ERC Historic Rallye Vltava held alongside the Rally Šumava: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5qOXGdoiZQ (with some funny accidents)
Nice video from Rally Hořovice, first round of amateur ČMPR series (= Czech-Moravian Cup in Rally) with a massive crash (which ended well for the crew) and with many Polish crews as usual: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMo0b1cyik0
Today I visited second round of the Rallysprint Series the Rally Vyškov. The entry list was not that good like in Kopná but nevertheless it was quite nice to spectate thanks to many spectacular places on the stages. I have to say that only very few 4WD drivers were spectacular but on the other hand 2WD were great.
Mareš was the fastest driver (won 5 of 7 stages) but on SS2 he broke a chicane and got a 20 seconds penalty. Afterwards it was a question how many of those infront of him he can catch. In the end Odložilík won by 0,2 seconds ahead of Mareš and third Trněný was only 1 seconds behind! 10th overall and clearly fastest in 2WD was only 16 years old Petr Semerád who won even with 10 seconds penalty.
1. Odložilík (Fiesta R5) 38:29,2
2. Mareš (Fabia R5) +0,2 (20 sec penalty)
3. Trněný (Fabia WRC) +1,2
4. Vlček (Fabia R5) +28,3 (5 sec penalty)
5. Rujbr (Fabia R5) +36,8 (5 sec penalty)
6. Růžička (Fiesta R5) 1:51,5
7. Nešetřil (997 GT3) +2:12,5
8. Hanuš (SVK, Fiesta R5) +2:19,0 (5 sec penalty)
9. Šimek (Evo IX gr.N) +3:22,6
10. P. Semerád (208 R2) +3:41,4 (10 sec penalty)

Crazy video from JNK, watch complete! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xm4qNw70iSc
Already 14 entrants in a Peugeot 208 R2 on the entrylist of next week's Rally Cesky Krumlov, a record for a czech rally(even though all are not running the 208 cup)
Some proper RWD action on onboard from Urban (that crazy yellow Škoda 130LR): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5MtYMWrH8CQ
I was personally spectating all three runs of this stage at 3:58-4:10; 4:23-4:32 and 4:39-4:50.
Entry list for Český Krumlov including Lukyanuk, Kopecký, Pech etc.
Modern: http://www.autosport.cz/zavody/soubor.php?f=20484 (14 R5, 2 WRC, 1 S2000, 6 GT...)
Historic: http://www.autosport.cz/zavody/soubor.php?f=20552
Organizer's cup (cars not eligible for either of the championships - usually cars allowed only in rallysprints): http://www.autosport.cz/zavody/soubor.php?f=20553
Unfortunatelly Alexey Lukyanuk will not start on Rallye Cesky Krumlov - http://www.autosport.cz/clanek.php?cl=19788
At least they confirmed they would start in Rally Bohemia...
Don't H Racing have 2 Fiesta R5 anymore? In the year that Luky entered Ypres, Cherain was driving a H Racing Fiesta R5 aswell.

Good to see Cerny doing a bit better this weekend.
Another desaster for Julian Wagner - no luck this year for Austrian drivers at international outings.
The first leg of the rally was held in completely crazy weather and many lost huge time with spins or offs on the standing water. The second leg was basically only about a fight between Černý and Mareš for the third place. Černý finally showed good speed and took the third place. Pech was more or less only crusing after first few stages (Kopecký was only 5th on the first proper stage but quickly destroyed everyone on following stages; by the way Firla with R2 was 3rd fastest on that crazy stage).
1. Kopecký (Fabia R5) 1:32:33,5
2. Pech (Fiesta R5) +1:56,5
3. Černý (Fiesta R5) +2:30,0
4. Mareš (Fabia R5) +2:37,0
5. Štajf (Fabia R5) +4:09,7
6. Dohnal (Focus WRC) +4:29,4
7. Jakeš (Fabia S2000) +6:01,7
8. Odložilík (Fiesta R5) +6:06,2
9. Štochl (Fabia R5) +6:43,1 (25 sec penalty)
10. Pospíšilík (Fabia R5) +7:36,5
SS Wins: Kopecký 12, Szeja 1, Pech 1, Dohnal 1
Notable retirements: Kopáček (Fiesta R5, withdrawn to save money for next event after he lost a chance for a good result in first few stages), Vlček (Fiesta R5, accident), Szeja (Fiesta R5, accident), Trněný (Fabia WRC, accident)
There was a huge accident of the crew Sobotka/Sobotka in the heavy rain on SS2. The car was completely destroyed and the crew was airlifted to the hospital. There is no further official information about the state of the crew. Hopefully no news is good news in this case.
amazing photo with Pech and a deere

The situation is here on onboard: https://youtu.be/enhzqJzcnQU?t=59
By the way this is how legendary Malonty stage look like with new asphalt.
So nothing new under the sun. Kopecky wins his 20th rally in a row :)
And in those twenty rallies he had maybe one or two slow punctures and no major technical problems whatsoever. The only one who was close to brake the chain was twice Alex Lukyanuk on Barum. Let's see this year.

Some onboards...
Vlček SS2; a lot of standing water, FIA tyres with no handcuts alowed, pretty much undriveable, it can be heard him asking the co-driver to weaken the ALS; at around 6th minute it's like driving in a river; near the finish he catches slowly driving Dohnal who doesn't let him pass because he could not see anything in the mirrors
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=alRYXvTiPmI
Kopáček SS3; new stage, after a stupid mandatory WRC-style donut at the beginning it's great road!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GS_mFH2L3Gs
Jakeš SS11; one of my favorite stages with the good old S2000
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zz910-jmcPY
Frei SS13; new asphalt on legendary Malonty stage with the winner of historics; even with Škoda 130LR (historic spec) pure adrenaline;
https://youtu.be/hssHB-zdgS4?t=585
Still no JNK video...
Now uploaded so far the best onboard. Mareš from the last stage (2nd time overall only 3 seconds behind Kopecký):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKHwB8zdxrc
And Černý SS3 with great camera position:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjm24RIxKj0
Finally JNK video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S8t82zw1bjs
And Pech from Malonty, especially second half on the new asphalt is awesome: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f22KcFraFSA
Seeded lists are not yet available but at least some info about upcoming Rally Hustopeče which is currently maybe the most spectacular event for the spectators in our country. It's about to be held on 15-16th June in South Moravia. It's again part of both Czech and Slovak championship. The route is near same as last year with plenty of gravel sections in the vineyeards. As usually spectators can enjoy a lot of very nice places with pretty relaxed atmosphere (one of the most spectator friendly event in CZ). The event is extremely compact and the liasons are very short. Aside of Slovakia it's also very close to Austria and Hungary (and it's very easy to reach as it's being held just along the Brno - Bratislava motorway) I can therefore recommend the event to our forum members from said countries. WRC1 can confirm that it's worth it I think :)
Entered:
19 R5 (Kopecký, Pech, Koči, Grzyb, Mareš, Vlček, Kopáček, Tarabus, Melichárek, Pospíšilík, Gavlák, Trojan, Rujbr, Majerčák, Drotár, Štochl, Růžička, Adolf, Pokorný)
2 WRC (Dohnal, Kukučka)
2 S2000 (Jakeš, Tomek)
All in all around 130 crews.
According to PLuto Raimund Baumschlager shall return to competitions after his injury on Rally Bohemia! Finally he is about to compete in our country after many years. He won Barum Rally 25 years a go - what a long time has passed!
Full entry list for Hustopeče: http://www.autosport.cz/zavody/soubor.php?f=20511
In the end 21 R5 etc.
Škoda with three cars on Rally Bohemia - Kopecký, Veiby and Nordgren.
