I admit I don't understand tecnical stuff about videos but I remember somebody told me once that sometimes the different speed was unintentional and caused by different frame frequency of youtube and the original video.
When you change the quality of the video to 480p or lower from the settings it runs on normal speed.Quote:

The car was prepared by British squad M-Sport and a team spokesperson said the damage was too great to repair in time for Thursday’s start of the eighth round of the WRC season.
“The car will require a complete rebuild back at M-Sport. There was a lot of damage to the rear, especially to the roll cage, which is not something that can be repaired away from our workshop.

Road went after 30-40 runs quite an bad shape. A lot of stones etc. Lappi, Tidemand and Alonso and many others had broken rims there.
Fastest were Lappi, Tidemand and Gröndal in my opionion.
